Lyophilized Powder

Remdesivir for injection, 100 mg, is supplied as a single-dose vial containing a sterile, preservative-free white to off-white to yellow lyophilized powder or lumps or solid that is to be reconstituted with 19 mL of Sterile Water for Injection and diluted into 0.9% saline prior to administration by intravenous infusion. Following reconstitution, each vial contains 5 mg/mL remdesivir reconcentrated solution with sufficient volume to allow withdrawal of 20 mL of 5 mg/mL solution containing 100 mg of remdesivir. Discard unused portion.

The container closure is not made with natural rubber latex.
